According to him, there are currently 28 active safe houses across the country, with 14 being government-run and 14 non-governmental.<\/p>\n

He emphasized that the main goal of the Welfare Organization in establishing these safe houses is to provide social work and psychological services to women affected by violence or at risk. Women in these centers are either reunited with their families or, if family conditions are not suitable, receive continuous support including empowerment, psychological counseling, social work, advisory services, and legal assistance.<\/p>\n

**Efforts to expand the reach of 123 Emergency Counseling Services**<\/p>\n

The head of the Social Emergency, Harm Prevention, and Addiction Rehabilitation Center of the Welfare Organization highlighted that counseling and social work services are provided via the 123 social emergency hotline. One of the organization\u2019s goals is to expand the reach of the 123 Social Emergency service across society and among various social groups.<\/p>\n

He noted that in recent years, significant progress has been made in raising public awareness, and people now know that if they need specialized services, they can contact the 123 Social Emergency line. Experts at the center strive to provide required specialized services\u2014including psychological, social work, and legal assistance\u2014as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

According to the head of the Social Emergency, Harm Prevention, and Addiction Rehabilitation Center, there are currently 386 social emergency centers active across the country, while 116 cities still lack such centers.<\/p>\n
